Ireland should make Gaelic mandatory just to screw up foreigners who have destroyed Ireland & her culture for centuries. If it’s good enough for a Ukraine “Nationalism” then why not? I’ve forgotten all the Gaelic I learned at school in the 1960’s . Bringing back poetry with a new face, I like it!
