I thought it curious that SD got a big vote in Cork Sth Central, with Rice getting elected. That constituency got an extra seat added also. I had thought it was because regime thought Mehole might struggle to get back in. Similar in Dublin West ( new seat) before Varadkar decided not to run.
Funny how Mehole managed to sail in in the end, and that 5th seat landing in Rice's lap!
