The Rising Gaelic Mythos
Ode to the ‘Yunfella’: Rehabilitating Anto and Johnner
Warning: There will be expletives throughout this article because it’s written for those who can handle that type of thing.
If you are a middle, class golf club/cycling club, social climbing snobbish type, who looks down your nose at ‘skangers’, if you are someone who falls in with any and every extra-curricular activity outside of the workplace, as a means to better brown nose your boss, then perhaps you should turn back and not read this article. Or please do so, if you have a morbid curiosity, but be forewarned before you do read on, you will not be represented in a good light and those who you despise and condescend to could well be elevated to the status of heroes in contrast. If you are the type that would recoil at the enduring image above, fuck right off now, you are in the wrong place. Kindly go away because you’re not one of us. And never will be.
Few in Irish society are as marginalised and treated with such open contempt as the Dublin ‘yunfella’. The easy target for all of society’s ills. In a country where white collar criminals are softened up as ‘cute hoors’ and “…sure wouldn’t we do the same ourselves if we were in their position”; ‘the scumbag’, ‘the gouger’, ‘the gurrier’- (insert name of your choice) - in my opinion gets a disproportionate amount of flak. David Drum and the now deceased, Sean Fitzpatrick (two respectable bankers) did far more damage to Ireland in 2008, than any of these lads will ever do in ten lifetimes, yet they are nowhere near as hated by the flakes in polite society.
As psychopaths now make our laws and religious climate zealots plan to squeeze small businesses out of existence through taxation and regulation to fix the weather - when they struggle to fix a road - and champion the cutting edge, technological medium of the cycle lane, I think the disadvantaged lads on Dublin’s north side are the least of our worries, don’t you. ‘Yunfellas’ might break the odd shop window, Eamon Ryan wants to ensure there’s no shop. Who is more dangerous?
At least the lads in North Face uniforms are honest, the latter is a deranged, lying, scheming, communist cunt, who openly supports the push for an emerging, global ecological dictatorship. The irony is, that many who fall into the category of directing their ire at the wrong people (‘yunfellas), are the very small business owners in the gunsights, who still place their trust in a system that closed their premises for the flu. Those same politicians and bureaucrats are scheming once more on how best to use the climate ‘crisis’ as a means of regulating you out of existence so they can hand over the entire economy to Pfizer, Amazon, Whitherspoons and Tesco.
All that was done to small businesses during Covid was only the warm up. The main course is coming soon and it will be every bit as nonsensical as the ‘nine euro meal’. They also got you to accept the concept of ‘essential’ and ‘nonessential’. The amount of overheads coming down the tracks for small businesses to ensure they are climate compliant, will also ensure you will struggle to turn a profit, as more and more restrictions and restraints are placed upon you. Things are not like they were before 2020, the unwillingness of these people to acknowledge this by reading the signs and adapting, is the very thing that will destroy them and it won’t be ‘yunfellas’ or ‘scumbags’ who are to blame. It won’t even be the establishment. It will be themselves, all the warnings were there. Productive, independent people are the enemy of the new system.
Corporations will likely insulate themselves from all that’s coming by passing the costs down to their subcontractors. If these ‘subbies’ can’t pay they will probably get someone else who can in the interim. They may be given amnesties also as they are ‘essential’ and ‘too big to fail’ - remember that one too. You will of course accept all of this because you are a good law abiding citizen who doesn’t rock the boat. You will never ever grow a backbone or even dare talk about it among friends at dinner parties, or the guys in the golf club after you park up your EV and put it on charge for a few hours to play 18 holes. Doing your bit for the planet. You’ll also do your ‘bit for the planet’ as you watch your profits ebb away in this silent war, all the while making excuses for your enemy who takes the food from your table.
You may still chuckle, chortle and guffaw about such a notion, but you are in for a rude awakening. If you still can’t come to terms with the fact you are under attack and accept it in your own head at this late stage I’m afraid you are doomed. Are still not even a little bit suspicious? Who do I want on my side in this war? You and your chums at the golf club who discuss which brand of puberty blockers your sons are on, lamenting the fact that Patrick Jr. now wears a wig, paints his nails and wishes to be called Patricia, because that’s just how things are now in this age of tolerance and progress? Or a ‘yunfella’ with an already healthy distrust for a dysfunctional, malevolent gang of reprobates within the Irish establishment? Someone with very little in life already and with nothing to lose as this digital prison threatens to further envelop every facet of our existence. Something you will likely welcome too and excuse it every step along the way.
I’ll take Anto and Johnner on my team every day ahead of you and Patricia Jr. thanks. Yes, they may be volatile and you might get a slap if you say the wrong thing, but that’s precisely the kind of fight, unpredictability and wildness required for what’s coming. ‘Yunfella’s’ on horseback is a very welcome addition to this resistance movement. Very much so indeed. They are also tapping into something more here. There’s a mythology developing around the horse lords of north Dublin. An iconographical mystique. Na Fianna 2.0. You are likely laughing your head of by now if you’ve continued reading, but you won’t be when the ‘refugees’ you welcomed are standing at your front door in hi-viz vests with the sheriff, as muscle to help him foreclose your home after your business failed to turn a profit due to the regulatory restrictions - previously mentioned - were imposed.
Make no mistake this is all coming to this beautiful country and you consented to every bit of it. The young men who you condescend to know full well what it’s like to be trampled under foot by the system, you are about to get a taste of it. The difference is they are natural rebels, which is why I’m delighted they’ve joined the fight. And they have. The globalist agenda is to bring chaos to every area of the system in order to break it permanently so they can introduce the new one. Now that the entire Dublin working class have joined the fight we can bring a little chaos of our own. The Irish Revolution may have been conceptualised and developed in the minds of artists, scholars and poets, but it also needed a few headbangers to fire the shots. The brave Irish youth were the key to the whole thing. The plans of Collins, Mulcahy and company, would only have remained plans without the courage of the young lads who carried out their orders. That’s who these lads on horseback descend from and their wildness is the very thing necessary to save Ireland. Like it or not.
It was great to see the crowds in Coolock last week, it’s a sure sign that things have really started to turn and we have serious numbers joining the ranks for the fight ahead. Straight off the back of the referendum victory, the resignation of the WEF viceroy and with the hate speech bill also on life support. There has been a nice little run of positive developments, however none of us are naive enough to believe that they won’t punch back pretty soon.
I grew up in a reasonably tough working class estate, I always tried to avoid violent confrontation but sometimes it is impossible. It’s a dog eat dog environment and sometimes you have to make a stand to defend yourself. Sometimes you’d win and come out on top, but other times you’d get battered. I came from a generation when you still shook hands afterwards and got respect for having a ‘straightener’ regardless of the outcome. You often became friends with your opponent. It’s just how it was.
So many of these young lads never had the ability to pull themselves out of their circumstances. Many have come from broken homes and are a product of social decay. Excuses are made for criminals from other cultures and leniency is urged, but that same level of context and understanding is never extended to the underbelly of our own society. This is the shadow and so much the failure of the great pillars of virtue within our own establishment, who now claim to compassionately open their hearts to the world. They simply have a visceral hatred for the Irish working class. It’s never been more self evident.
Predatory types know how to manipulate many young lads, which ensnares them into a cycle of drugs and criminality and once you get a conviction, employment opportunities diminish dramatically and the easy thing to do then is continue down the anti-social path. It only takes one stupid mistake to put you on this trajectory. I’d say there are close to 100 lads I went to school with who are no longer with us. All as a result of suicide, drugs or gangland involvement. It’s a tragic tale in itself. That’s why I can never understand people who came from this type of background, now looking down their nose at fellas they grew up with because they have a golf club membership and have done well for themselves. Some really decent fellas I know and grew up with just took a wrong turn in life. I’d still have a pint with any one of them.
I’m someone who has done reasonably well for myself. I’ve worked hard and seized every opportunity that presented itself. But I’m also aware not everyone has the talent or capacity to do that. I’m always disgusted by the attitudes of some fellow working class people, who have become successful in their chosen profession and now count themselves among the middle class, which they feel now gives them the right to look down upon those who represent their possible present selves, had they not grasped their opportunities when the doors opened for them. To forget where you come from is more to be looked down upon in my book.
The doors that opened for you, appear only as solid brick walls for many young men from disadvantaged backgrounds and communities. The crippling self loathing and lack of confidence that exists in the mindset of this demographic, fuelled in part by the opinions of more respectable types, who have been handed those opinions by the demons within the media, also means many wouldn’t even have the self esteem to walk through the door should it open for them. Many turning to drugs, gangland crime and other easy money making ‘strokes’. Once one error is made it’s a notoriously difficult cycle to break. Some do to their great credit, but many fall prey to the dysfunction and it becomes habitual.
The huge irony here is that these people would largely have made up the socialist vote. That was of course until their traitorous representatives all universally abandoned them for their replacements. The ‘new’ Irish. I come from Clondalkin and perhaps the worst sleeveen cunt of all is in that constituency. If that lowlife scumbag Gino Kenny is not sent packing in the next general election there’s something seriously wrong. The people he was friendly with and who voted for him all throughout his political career (I think I even voted for him once before I understood the game), he has now abandoned and stands up in the Dáil and demonises them as far right and a danger to society. An absolutely disgusting creature. No loyalty or honour. A sitting TD who counter-protested and told his own voters he didn’t want their votes. He even rang one man’s employer to inform him he attended a ‘far right’ protest. This man should be made a social pariah.
All these people now wonder why a genuine grassroots movement has emerged, made up of working class people who have wised up to their tricks. Socialist politicians used to present a veneer of championing workers rights and fighting for the unemployed. Now they support bringing in cheaper alternatives to replace workers and insult those who disagree by dismissing them as unemployed wasters. You couldn’t make it up. It just shows that they never stood for anything in the first place. You have all been found out, the mask has well and truly slipped. You’ve always pretended to be an alternative, but now the people clearly see you as merely the left cheek of an unwiped arse. Every bit as dirty and shifty as the main parties. They have decided to ignore you and become their own alternative. For that you call them names. No entity has been found out more so than Sinn Féin, but that is a whole article in itself.
The Irish working class know they are being replaced. Drop the pretence now. We can see it clearly. The gaslighting and race-baiting stopped working last year. Let’s just get the gloves off now and have a ‘straightener’. But of course you will never fight fairly. You never have done and as long as you have the support of the pompous middle class who would gladly be their own financial kamikaze pilot in order to comply with any bullshit you feed them, the media gaslighting will no doubt continue. The working class however, have been lost forever. They now get their news from more trustworthy alternative sources. Sources you call misinformation and attempt to censor. You have lost them politically, psychologically and even spiritually. That is never going to change now. They will educate their children in all that they have learned and they will never trust the system again.
You middle class, curtain twitchers who may have decided to read on out of curiosity are likely disgusted at the fact I support this street riff raff, who “destroyed Dublin City” (someone please think of the shops). I, (or anyone else for that matter) am not responsible for the actions of others, in a situation where things escalate due to tensions created by those you support and acquiesce to. I’m no more responsible for those actions than you are for the actions of your team. Your team being, an establishment who murder indiscriminately with medical interventions, who flood our land with potential terrorists and criminals, who try to brainwash, groom, medicate and change the sex of our children (openly), who want to destroy small businesses to fix the weather. That’s who you support, so don’t attempt to look down your nose at me, you fucking coward! There is absolutely no honour or bravery in anything you do.
I’ve said before in a previous article about the child stabbing on Parnell Square (you know the one where you thought the window of Arnotts was more important) that you are irrelevant in all that’s happening right now. You will be dragged along with us whether you like it or not. Should we be successfully in saving this country you will no doubt be a beneficiary and may even claim you were there with us all along. But rest assured, our victory won’t be your victory. You will be reminded of where you stood when you sided with evil and joined in on the abuse of your fellow countrymen. Absolutely shameful.
The real criminals you support have a far longer lasting, generational legacy of devastation than anything working class criminals have engaged in (and I’m not supporting it, but it pales in comparison). The current minister for children who is also overseeing the ongoing plantation will leave some trail of destruction in his wake by the time he’s finished. One Roderic O’Gorman is infinitely more dangerous than a hundred Gerry Hutch’s. The latter actually did positive things for Dublin’s youth such as boxing clubs, while the former speaks of transgender children. Oh I think it’s you who are on the wrong side of history my friends.
A primal scream has come from deep within the bowels of the goddess Ériu. She has sent forth a new batch of youthful warriors to help Ireland in her hour of greatest need. You ‘yunfellas’ who have been treated like shit by this establishment for generations can now rest assured you belong to something now. Something greater than yourselves. You are the tip of the spear in this fight. You are now part of a family. The Irish people need to see ourselves as that now. One big clan who watches each other’s backs. Physically, psychologically and spiritually we all have a part to play and those best equipped should occupy their natural roles.
Things are going to get more and more difficult, but together under one flag we are stronger than they, or even we can imagine. We must however also take all that testosterone and energy and be educated and disciplined with it. Learn how to strategise, know when to strike and when to lie in wait. When to capitalise on the mistakes the enemy makes (and there are many to exploit). As more come on board it’s the job of the experienced heads to educate, but also the job of the newcomers to listen and learn. If this is done correctly, we will transform from a chaotic resistance movement into a formidable fluid force that can adapt, learn in the moment and be prepared for all eventualities.
With the summer coming in and the numbers now swelling it opens up all sorts of possibilities for the protest movement to utilise the good weather. The prospect of the type of numbers we saw in Coolock happening across multiple Irish towns is very real now due to the confidence boost people will have got knowing many people feel just like they do.
We thought the cavalry would arrive at some stage, little did we know it would be so literal and come in the form of actual ‘yunfellas’ on horseback.

Another inspiring brilliantly written piece Stephen, well done.
(Bit disappointed by the expletives though.... why so few?) LOL.
And let's not forget the unholy duo of the 'Idiot Factories" or 'Universities' as they like to call themselves and RTÉ, (piss be upon it)
who have sneeringly wreaked havoc in the minds of so many for so long.
They are the 'Augean Stables' of modern Ireland and hopefully an Irish Hercules is on the way.
....On horseback.
Keep up the great work.
Brilliant piece. I played golf BC-before convid-but wasn't allowed into the Clubhouse at the height of the madness. It will be the people who have always been at the receiving end of government policy who will lead the resistance, and I for one will be glad to follow.
